GPU Upgrade

The GTX 1080 in my server has been swapped out for an RTX 3070 Ti.

Rather than let a perfectly good GPU sit idle, it made sense to repurpose it here. The 3070 Ti is a solid jump over the 1080: better raw performance, DLSS support, and improved NVENC encoding, which comes in handy if I ever offload Jellyfin transcoding to it.

The old 1080 isn't going to waste — likely getting repurposed in a secondary box down the line.
